Learning to Grow Little Oaks

Observation

(1) The fence next to the stream right on the other side and going under the walkway to the playgroudn has places that are not 5 feet high especially just outside the exit doors from the Center. In addition the fencing used has 2.5 inch chainlink which does not meet the 2.0 inch space requirements for being "non-climbable". (5) Overlooking a large pond/small lake just down the slope: The extended part of the playground fencing has become less that 5 feet high in places due to the buildup of the ground/wood chips next to it; in addition there is a spot which has a gap under the fence that is more then 3.5 inches from the ground; and the chainlink has 2.5 inch spaces which does not meet the 2.0 inch space requirements for being "non-climbable". The fencing next to these water hazards needs to be fixed. (see WAC 110-300-0005 Definitions: Physical barrier)
